The psychology is far more complex.
When it comes to making decisions and choices, on what to do or what to buy, the vast majority of times, humans use psychology, biases, heuristics and the sub-conscious.
Knowing this means we can strategise and understand how to get more people to buy into what we do and what we sell.
Even though most humans will come up with some very plausible answer as to why they did something or bought this over that, the decision was not logical, it was emotional.
It's up to us to ask bigger and deeper questions to really find out:
What makes people do what they do?
Understanding these underlying behaviours is what we do at Pine Tree Studio.

I met a guy called Robin back in 2008 who asked me:
“How do you expect to sell to people when you don’t understand human behaviour”
I didn’t have an answer and that sparked an obsession that has lasted my whole business journey.
