Working at risk together

Drawing on nearly two decades of running our own businesses, we understand the intricacies of boosting sales and revenue, alongside the risks tied to necessary investments. Growth seldom occurs overnight, and tight cash flow can significantly slow your expansion.

This insight shapes our willingness to work on an at-risk basis, partnering with you for future benefits through commission or revenue sharing.

Only 6 places

Due to the at-risk nature of our model, we limit our partnerships to a select few organisations, typically no more than six at any given time.

Currently, we have 2 openings available.

Availability can shift rapidly, so if you believe your project aligns with our interests, please reach out to us.

What we look for

In considering an at-risk partnership, we look for certain qualities that align with our approach and values:

Beyond Just Money

We seek partnerships with organisations focused on more than just profit. Our commitment is to solving meaningful issues, where financial success supports broader goals rather than being the primary objective.

True Partnership

This at-risk arrangement means we take on more risk, emphasising the need for a partnership that extends beyond transactions. You should see us as an integral part of your team, with a foundation of mutual respect and understanding.

The Upside

Because we shoulder the initial risk, the venture must promise a worthwhile return beyond what our fees alone would offer. While our aim isn't purely financial, the engagement's potential rewards must make the risk viable.

Development Stage

We engage with businesses that have a certain degree of maturity, having tested their model, achieved sales, or gained considerable traction. This ensures we can adequately assess the risks involved.

Fundraising Expertise

Our expertise is in aiding startups through their Seed and Series A fundraising. While we typically don't work on an at-risk basis outside these stages, we're well-connected and can direct you to resources for other phases.
